Milton Garden Club Events
Beyond planting and tending the gardens in downtown Milton, DE, the Milton Garden Club participates in a number of special events that enliven and celebrate our home town. These events help us raise awareness of the club and its mission, and help us raise funds to pay for plants, garden materials, irrigation, and scholarships for local students pursuing higher education related to plants, soil, agriculture, horticulture or landscape design.
- St. Patrick’s Day Parade (Sunday before St. Patrick’s Day)
- Horseshoe Crab and Shorebird Festival (Saturday of Memorial Day weekend)
- Annual Garden Tour (3rd Sunday in September)
- Holly Festival (first Saturday in December)
